What is iDEBOX ?

~ iDEBOX is an Preview Leopard Installation DVD, based on debian/sidux installer. its a customized live Linux DVD which is used to install Leopard and used as a diagnose tool for system fix and maintenance.

Why bother with iDEBOX?

~ iDEBOX will let all hardware configurations to successfully boot and install Leopard. It takes the advantages of complex compatibility of linux. Even SSE machines will be able to install Leopard and boot using Qemu with iDEBOX DVD.

Future Development Goals?

~ Create a GUI based installer for iDEBOX, port OSX binaries, port GNU parted for OSX. Qemu Development for a more efficient usage of OSX on SSE only machines.

How can you help / join the project?

~ If you are a linux GURU or have knowledge in C++, you can help us with the GUI creation of the installer, modification of Grub2 and General creation of the DVD. you can contact us by using uphuck forums.
